In the business world, a company’s success is usually measured through financial reports. However, what makes one company great are the moments shared between employees and their families. For this very reason, we organized a Family day for our client, the company Bizerba from Valjevo.
Our goal was to show that Bizerba is not just a company but a community.
Therefore, we created a diverse program to strengthen their connection and unity. A Family Day was filled with numerous activities and entertainment for all ages. Our team designed a range of activities to ensure fun and interactive experiences for all participants. All employees and their families enjoyed numerous sports activities, from table tennis, archery and foot darts, to the virtual world in the VR corner. The Baggo game especially contributed to testing their dexterity and team spirit in a real environment. While, for the
youngest we created a piece of paradise.
Creative sets and face painting delighted all the little ones, but what particularly surprised them and where they spent the most time, were definitely the bouncy castles. They were jumping and going down the slide tirelessly all day. However, the special treat was the magician’s performance with his tricks and skills.
Although we focused on creating fun and unforgettable moments, we did not forget about the branding of the event itself. Our team installed a branded gate and balloon pillars at the entrance, adding a touch of charm and recognition.
Almost 200 visitors, including 150 adults and around 50 children, created a special atmosphere. The atmosphere ranged from laughter and excitement to moments of peace and creativity. People connected in a different way, establishing connections outside of the work framework. In addition to all the mentioned activities, participants had the opportunity to go on a tour of the factory and see how products that are part of their daily lives are created.
This Family day reminds us of the power of shared moments and sharing joy with those around us.
