When we look back at the business achievements that shaped the previous year, we realize that the results we attained are the quite significant. They strengthen the very foundation of our business, and anticipate necessary changes required to maintain the state of permanent progress. The lessons we learned enable us to create even more effective strategies in future. The focus of this creative processes, effected the overall development of our company. Creativity has been the catalyst for innovation. It allowed us to push boundaries, explore new opportunities and create authentic things. It did not only enable us to express our ideas, but it was rather a driving force behind the new values we created, exceeding our expectations.
During 2023:
- We created a spectacle to remember for the 100th anniversary of the Novi
Sad Fair, - We organized a sports and business gathering in the form of a competition
for more than ten disciplines and over a 1000 competitors at thegfv 40th
anniversary of MK Group, - We have created many attractive digital campaigns for our clients in the field
of internet marketing, - Our general manager won the prestigious award for a woman entrepreneur:
THE FLOWER OF SUCCESS FOR A DRAGON LADY in 2023, - We welcomed one newborn, and the happy news is that one more is along
the way, - We enabled the implementation of internships for three students,
- We hired practitioners who stood out,
- We organized dozens of original event projects, such as Sweet World,
Jumbo games, Brain games, Black Friday prank events, Animal Kingdom,
Tales from the Magic Lamp, Adventures from the Jungle, … - We organized Family Day activities for more than 3000 visitors,
- In total we organized 87 events,
- We conceived and set up some unusual and attractive fair performances,
- We implemented several educations in the field of event management and
creativity development, - We improved existing, and developed new knowledge through constant
education and the use of novel tools for organization of events and digital
marketing.
From the synergy of our teamwork and our aspiration to push boundries, to the contribution of each of team member, that’s what represents the core of all of our achievements. Their creativity, dedication, will and willingness to face challenges have created values we continue to adhere to. These results are reflected not only in quantity, but also in the quality of the values we created.
