We are incredibly proud to announce that once again, MK Group has entrusted us with organizing one of the most beautiful and significant events – MK SPORT FEST, a sports day that, for the second consecutive year, brings together employees in the spirit of sports, unity, and healthy competition.
We organized this event for the first time exactly one year ago, as part of the celebration of MK Group’s 40th anniversary. This sporting spectacle immediately became a tradition, and this year we aimed to exceed all expectations.
Preparations for this year’s event lasted for 3 months, involving over 300 people and more than 30 supplier companies. This large team ensured that every detail was impeccably planned and executed.
Around 1300 employees gathered at the CFK Vrbas sports complex, enjoying 7 sports disciplines, adrenaline challenges, and numerous entertaining activities. They competed in volleyball, basketball, football, bowling, shuffleboard, survivor challenges, and traditional games. Although the focus was on sporting competitions, we thought of everyone. Visitors had the opportunity to relax in lounge areas, enjoy social and recreational games, creative workshops, arcade games, and to have fun at the tropical corner, dance lessons, and cocktail bar. Our jumbo-sized puzzles attracted special attention, and more than 30 diverse entertainment activities were organized for all attendees.
This year, we wanted the opening and closing of the event to be truly spectacular. The opening was marked by a large MK SPORT FEST flag flying above the crowd, thanks to paragliders from a well-rehearsed paragliding club. The closing was equally spectacular, with a hot air balloon symbolically marking the end of this unforgettable day.
The event’s branding was on a high level. MK SPORT FEST’s visual identity was present everywhere – from flags, giant 3D letters, banners, promo info desks, and shark flags, to giant balls and logos. Given the size of the space, each branding element had to be scaled up to leave the right impression. We decided to set up a larger stage, enhanced with six external LED screens, while the screens on the roof of the stage allowed for clear communication of the winners, speakers, and event agenda. This space was excellently used for official addresses, medal and trophy presentations, and a music program that enriched the atmosphere.
