In the beautiful natural surroundings of Salaš Đorđević in Palić, employees of Agroglobe gathered for an unforgettable team building and family event. With 400 participants from various sectors of the company, the goal of this event was to strengthen team spirit, enhance communication, and foster relaxation and connection through various fun activities.
Detailed Planning for a Perfect Event
The organization of this event lasted almost two months, and our team was dedicated to planning every detail from the very beginning. From choosing and mapping the venue to creating unique event zones, and precise coordination of the agenda and protocols—every step was carefully designed. Preparing branding and technical equipment, as well as selecting activities and content tailored to the target groups, were key aspects of our organizational plan.
Considering the unpredictable weather conditions, we implemented additional mechanisms and backup solutions. This involved the quick response of the organizational team and complete setups, which we demonstrated during two bouts of heavy rain. Our attention to detail ensured that indoor spaces were ready for use in case of rain, allowing all participants to enjoy activities regardless of the weather.
Activities were divided into five zones, each symbolizing different company values, contributing to friendly competition. Participants enjoyed exciting sports and competitions such as Survivor challenges, football, basketball, volleyball, tennis, as well as arcade games and table tennis, all the way to sport fishing. In addition to sports activities, we organized Jumbo games, giant chess, recreational activities, and a craft zone for creative content enthusiasts.
The atmosphere was further enhanced by a DJ, and a particularly exciting part of the day was the awarding of medals and trophies for first-place winners, which motivated participants to give their best.
An Unforgettable Day for All Participants
The entire event took place in a spirit of togetherness and positive energy. With sports, creative workshops, and numerous fun activities, every member of Agroglobe had the opportunity to relax, have fun, and connect with colleagues in a unique way.
Such events play a key role in strengthening relationships within the team and creating shared memories that inspire and motivate. Through this team building, Agroglobe successfully reinforced interpersonal relationships, encouraged communication, and created a stronger connection among employees.
