Svetlana Gašević, the director of our agency, was a speaker at the creative development workshop for 120 participants from across the region, organized by the Smart Money business concept.
These amazing people, full of energy and enthusiasm, demonstrated exceptional dedication and interest in creative development. We would like to thank all the participants for the fantastic atmosphere and openness they brought to the workshop!
The workshop covered topics such as the misconception that creativity is reserved for the chosen few, the fact that creativity can be trained, its significance and application in various (and sometimes unexpected) aspects of both business and personal life. We particularly focused on breaking established patterns of thinking and behavior, as well as the importance of stepping outside familiar boundaries. The energy and willingness of people to think “outside the box” is proof that creativity is not just an ability but a skill that can be nurtured and developed.
