At our training “Become an event manager!” you will learn that the basis of a good organization is thorough preparation, that you will need good negotiation skills and sales skills, but also that without energy, will, and inexhaustible creativity, you will not be able to do much. The segments of the activity plan will guide you to the realization and evaluation of the event. You will recognize the critical points in the organization and learn how to legally, ethically, and mentally deal with all the requirements, restrictions, and conditions that the circumstances impose on you. You will learn to define a budget and to perfect the skill of adjusting the program. WORK METHODOLOGY
Education consists of:
- Theory – necessary for understanding the concept and elaboration of all points of event management. It is presented through a dynamic and interactive presentation and videos.
- Practice – through examples, exercises, and active participation, participants feel the essence of education and prepare for independent performance,
- Tasks and independent implementation – participants need to design and implement a promotional or event activity during the education, with mentor support, to independently create an event at the end of the education, which is a prerogative to pass the course exam.

The owner of the NS Promo Team agency Svetlana Gašević and a Project and Event Manager Stanislava Zec are both experienced, devoted, and skilled educators, experts in providing top-quality classes and all necessary support and assistance. We also have guest lecturers and experts in their job of organizing specific types of events.

PRICE:
The price of the training is 200EUR. The price includes 20 hours of lectures and practical work, four days of training, and a final exam. After completing the training, for the most diligent, there is also the possibility of an internship in an agency.

HOW TO ATTEND:
The training is held at the agency’s premises every Saturday for three hours a day at number 10, Belilo 77, Sremski Karlovci. For those who cannot attend in person, we organize online lectures.

Kurs Organizacija događaja koji sam pohađala pre 5 godine, na samom početku moje karijere mogu reći da je ovaj kurs bio i više nego koristan. Kurs je sam po sebi odličan ali je i predavačica – Stanislava Zec dala sve od sebe i uspela u tome da nam prenese znanje na jedan neopterećujući i zabavan način.
Teme su obrađivane zanimljivo i konkretno, dobijali smo tačne i precizne primere i imali priliku da sami vežbamo i učimo kroz konkretne zadatke. Sa nama je podelila mnogo korisnih informacija i iz ličnog iskustva i bila vrlo otvorena za sva pitanja i diskusije.
Ako se dvoumite za koji kurs da se odlučite, moje najtoplije preporuke imate za ovaj kurs, jer se sigurno nećete pokajati i izaćićete bogatiji u znanju.
Kurs za organizaciju događaja, pohađala sam 2016. godine. Dopalo mi se što je svako od polaznika, mogao da izabere tip događaja koji je kroz kurs razrađivao, u skladu sa nastavnim disciplinama koje smo slušali. Kurs je bio i interaktivan što mislim da je veliki plus, prvenstveno za polaznike. Na kraju kursa, svako od nas je predstavio svoj događaja koji su obuhvatali sve one neophodne elemente, koji su nam u realnosti zaista i neophodni za organizaciju bilo kog događaja.
Kroz nekoliko meseci nakon završetka kursa, ukazala se i prilika da stečeno znanje i primenim na novom poslu.
Kao koordinator Specijalističkog programa “Upravljanje regionalnim razvojem kroz EU fondove” koji organizuje Fond “Evropski poslovi” APV, imam priliku da učestvujem u organizaciji Programa, koji je obuhvata veliki broj polaznika i predavača. Vremenski rokovi, ograničen budžet, prostor, otkazivanje predavanja kao i brojne druge (ne)planirane situacije, sastavni su deo organizacije Programa. Prepoznavanje potencijalnih rizika, na koji način ćemo ih rešiti, ali ne samo tada kada se dese, već i mnogo ranije, vrlo je važno prilikom kreiranja događaja.
Zavrsila sam obuku kod Stanislave Zec o organizaciji događaja pre 5 godina. Posle godinu dana od obuke odlučila sam da dam otkaz i da otvorim svoju agenciju za organizaciju događaja, jer sam shvatila da je to moj poziv i posao koji baš volim. Najviše sam se usmerila na organizaciju proslava, venčanja i korporativne proslave.
Tokom obuke stekla sam znanje koji mi je jako značilo u početnim poslovima, a naravno ovo je tip posla gde kroz praksu stečete iskustvo, jer svaki događaj je drugačiji, ali osnove su iste. Te osnove sam naučila na kurs kod Stanislave.
Ono što mogu da još dodama, da potencijalnim klijetima znači kada kažete da ste seftifikovani event manager. Ono što mi je još značilo na kursu, jeste to što smo pripremali po izboru događaj i to je bila baš dobra praksa.
